I am very passionate about yoga.

Over the past 24 years yoga has inspired, guided, comforted, corrected and helped me be the best version of myself. Following a difficult divorce yoga gave me the strength, courage, focus and confidence to move on, be happy, grateful and content with myself and my life.

Yoga is not all about the physical practice. It’s definitely not about achieving the perfect poses. Yoga is a journey, a personal road to discovery. Discovering who you are, who you want to be mentally, physically and emotionally. Yoga is not a religion. It is a spiritual path that will help you realise the true Divine within yourself. Through Meditation, mindfulness and regular practice, ease the dis-ease from within the mind and body.

Yoga stretches will help correct misalignment, ease pain and discomfort, strengthen and tone both the body and mind.  It helps with stress, depression, anxiety, PDSD, ADHD, back, neck, shoulders, knees, ankles, feet issues and many more. Vinyasa Yoga works with connecting the breath with the movement to create a rhythmic flow, enabling you to stay focused and present. It will help to quieten the inner chatter creating peace and tranquillity.

I offer one to one coaching (or you can buddie up). This gives a personally tailored class with full adjustments.
